Rubber mats have been produced through chemical bonding of granulate material and a polyurethane (PUR) adhesive in known processes. The new method is able for the first time to make use of very fine rubber powder from the processing of used tyres and to press it into rubber mats. These can therefore be 100% recycled without new binding agents being added.
The mats are hard wearing, weather resistant and can be washed easily
